To initiate a return or exchange, complete the following steps:

2. Select the product you want to return or exchange from your order
3. Print the prepaid shipping label you will receive via email
4. Send all items back to us using the labels provided
5. After photographing the product you need to return or exchange, and the order number and your name, send it to our mailbox or contact us through customer support

FAQ:
1. How long does it take to receive a refund and replace the product?
If the returned product we received does not affect the second sale, then the refund will be completed within 3 business days.
If you need to replace the product, it will be dispatched within 3 business days after we receive the product.
2. Do I need to pay for shipping?
We do not bear the freight for return and exchange, and the refund you receive will deduct your freight and tax.
3. What if the product is lost in transit?
We will follow up with the shipping company, if it is confirmed that the courier is lost, we will resend a new product to you. If you do not accept it, you can contact us for a refund.
4. What if I receive a damaged product?
